We love our new kitchen! We interviewed several companies in SJ and Amiano stood out as one that would be open, honest, and transparent when designing and building. They worked within our budget and we didn’t spend a penny more. We started our remodel March 9, 2020. Ugh, smack dab at the start of the pandemic. Even though there was a 4 week delay due to township closures, they finished on time and got our lives back to as normal as possible. Joe, Gianna, and Tom were fantastic. I highly recommend Amiano.

Joe, Damian, Gianna, Keith and the crew were simply amazing from start to finish with our kitchen remodel. We have an older home and the team found a roof leak. They were completely supportive, worked with our insurance company and us to fix the leak and repair the damage. Part of the repair was a new fireplace surround. Both the kitchen and the fireplace turned out completely amazing, we could not be happier! The team was professional, courteous, and trustworthy. Damian, my project manager, kept us abreast of every aspect of the project with pictures and notes in their build trend app. He and the team bent over backwards to ensure every aspect of the project was done to our satisfaction. I 1000% percent recommend the Amiano & Son team for any remodeling project.

We hired Amiano and Son to build an addition to our upstairs bedroom to include a master bath, walk in closet and utility room for washer and dryer, basically make it a suite. Amiano also installed a coffee bar in this master suite that is really a wonderful convenience. They also converted our wood burning fireplace into a propane gas log fireplace that is keeping us toasty warm this winter. They did cosmetic work and a new ceiling in a downstairs bedroom and painted all areas they worked on. Due to COVID we had some delays but Amiano did their best to minimize them. We were assigned a project manager who was very personable and did his best to communicate the schedule of events as the project unfolded. The tradesmen they sent to our home were topnotch from the framers, sheetrock men, the HVAC guys, electricians, plumbers and tile guy. The framers and the tile guy stand out as exceptional. These tradesmen were professional, worked with time management in mind and did a great job. The roofers were not as good as we’d like but they responded quickly when some things needed to be corrected; we’ve had no roof issues since. Our bathroom is absolutely beautiful. We opted for a large walk in shower and also a soaking tub that not only is luxurious but so pleasing to the eye when you enter the bathroom. Our walk-in closet was subcontracted to a company that Amiano deals with and those workers came in and in a half day built a dream closet. They were also very courteous and professional. Having the W&D in the bedroom is wonderful. The new appliances are so quiet and the steps saved that this setup affords is really a safety issue because now we don’t have to climb up/down stairs trying to carry laundry and baskets. It really saves time too. Overall, the Amiano staff is courteous, trustworthy, respectful to the customer and property. We felt safe when they were in our home. Our project from start to finish took about 6 months which was a bit longer than we anticipated but we had some architectural issues that needed to be clarified and some delays in obtaining some building materials due to the pandemic. We would recommend Amiano. Our new suite is a sanctuary and beautifully built. We love it and overall are happy customers. They helped make this dwelling our dream home.

Amiano and Sons did a phenomenal job for us! They remodeled our master bath and a hall bath. The planning phase was stress free and yet very comprehensive. They were extremely informative and helpful. Their team assigned to us were always very responsive and communicated in an open and transparent fashion. The project management was outstanding. The follow through and statusing of the project on a daily and weekly basis was again always responsive and proactive. Each crew that the Amianos used were outstanding. They were great to work with. They were artisans from tiling to carpentry . They clearly explained the process and helped us make real time adjustments as required. From a schedule and payment standpoint, they maintained their costs and stayed on track from a schedule perspective.

We highly recommend Amiano and Sons for all home improvements and will doubtless use them again for additional upgrades to our home.

We recently had Amiano & Son do a kitchen remodel this past spring. It was a big project which involved gutting our kitchen, removing the laundry room and moving it up to the master bedroom and redoing all the hardwood floors on our first floor. We were living in our home with 3 kids during this renovation but Amiano made the experience as seamless as possible. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen. Joe and Gianna worked with us from day one to get our dream kitchen in our budget. Pete and Keith were extremely responsive and kept the project on schedule. Would definitely use them again!

Using Amiano & Son was the best decision we made. They were knowledgeable, professional and such great people to work with. My husband & I hired Amiano to replace our front entry door and also our back patio doors. We have everything good to say about this company. From the moment we met Joe Clymer, who came out to our house several times to plan and design the projects, we felt confident that we were in the hands of a very professional and qualified design/build construction firm. The project manager, Dave, ensured that all of the work was performed on a very high level and to specifications. The craftsmen, Brandon & Glenn, were highly skilled, professional, and very impressive with their focused attention to detail. There was plenty of good communication throughout both projects and we were never left wondering what was going to happen next or when people were going to show up. Overall, we give Amiano an A+ and we intend to call on this company regarding our future home renovation projects.

We chose to have our kitchen completely remodeled by Amiano & Son after doing extensive research into many local companies and feeling that they would be the most thorough and knowledgable.

They did not disappoint! They explained the entire process so there would be no surprises or hidden costs. All the workers and contractors were polite and professional. Our designer, Sophia listened to our wishes and brought them to life. But the best part of the entire two month long project was our project manager John. He was at our home almost everyday meeting with the contractors, workers, and inspectors. He handled every detail and took care of any problems that arose. He listened to our concerns and most of all communicated with us, telling us who would be in our home each day and at what time. No question was ever left unanswered and no problem was left uncorrected.

When we started the process to redo the kitchen Which involved removing several walls we felt it was a little intense with several meetings… However at the end we realized it was necessary. I was a little nervous about the designing and picking colors but that was all put to rest with our design coordinator Sophia.. She made the process Painless and fun to put together a beautiful design. All the contractors were handled and scheduled with our project manager John. They were all very professional and quality workmanship. Our project was completed in the time frame that they allowed. We were very thankful for that. We selected Amiano & Son to perform a remodel on our vacation home with the primary scope consisting of remodeling 3 bathrooms and installing all new flooring (hardwood and carpet) throughout our home.

Overall we had a very positive experience with Amiano & Son. Our project was completed safely, on time, on budget and with outstanding quality. Perhaps more importantly is that all the people we interfaced with at Amiano were extremely professional, customer focused and wanted to make sure the remodeling project met our expectations.

Since we reside very far from our vacation home we liked having a full turnkey service contractor like Amiano that offers both design and construction services. This capability enabled us to quickly execute our remodeling project without having to physically be at our home during the construction phase. We also liked that Amiano has a very disciplined approach in managing their bids and projects as their process made it very clear to both parties on what the scope and cost of the project is going to be.

While we had our own ideas on design/material selection, Amiano’s designer was great to work with. Our designer reinforced our own ideas/material selections while also providing alternative solutions many of which we wound up selecting and moving forward with. While it was initially challenging to assess how all the pieces would come together our final bathroom and flooring material/color selections all turned out great and exceeded our expectations.

We also had an outstanding Amiano Project Manager assigned to our project. The Project Manager was very experienced and did an outstanding job managing contractors, communications and unforeseen scope items as they came up. We also liked that Amiano had a online project management system that allowed us to view pictures of the project as it progressed. This was an important feature for us given we were not able to visit our home as the remodeling project was being executed.

In summary, we were extremely happy with our remodeling project and would highly recommend Amiano for your remodeling needs.

We waited a VERY long time to finally renovate our oddly laid out kitchen, which gave me plenty of time to have a VERY long wish list. This wish list went beyond the scope of our kitchen. I had a vision for what I wanted our foyer, family room and 1st floor to look like. When I met with Joe, we discussed all of this. He was on board and could see my vision and beyond. Meeting with Brianna, our project designer, she took our wish list and helped tweak, design and push it to the next level, literally…we continued up to the second floor of the house. Due to the lengthy duration of our expansive renovation, John our project manager, became a part time resident at our home, looking after its progress and execution, like it was his own home. We are thrilled with the final result. Our home feels FINALLY like home. It flows, functions and fits our family. I would highly recommend Amiano.

We completed a kitchen, half bath, living room, dining room, and family room remodel this summer with Amiano. We are very pleased with our remodel! The team at Amiano was very organized and thorough in planning the project. We met with their team on multiple occasions before work began, and signed a detailed contract. This ensured that we were all on the same page and that there would be few surprises during the process. Payments were spread out over the course of the project as well. Amiano and Son did and excellent job from start to finish. From the minute we walked into the Southampton showroom we received a warm greeting from the ream and had our initial questions answered. The process moved along smoothly, starting from the design meeting to the trade visit and working with our own Project Manager. John, our Project Manager, was on top of every detail. He made the renovation so easy for us, we knew we didn’t have to worry. And the field team was polite, they kept their work space clean and tidy. Sophia was our designer and we just adored her. I feel like she just got my sense of style right off the bat. We love our new master and hall bathrooms!

Damian [from Amiano] provided us with outstanding advice, project management, and timely implementation. He was always available and responsive no matter what time of day or night. He is very dedicated in getting the job done right… and is a major asset to your firm. We always felt Damian had our best interests in mind and we trusted him completely. Also, Damian has a great rapport with your partners and it was clear to us how much they also trusted him. Damian is a true professional and highly competent. I’m a hard marker and Damian gets an A+++! We love the renovation and couldn’t be happier with it.

I am very pleased with the completed renovation project by Amiano Construction. The project involved a new kitchen and extension of the kitchen. I also had exterior renovations done to my house.

I will never need another contractor again. Amiano and Son will do all my work I need in the future. They are fabulous!
