Louis Amiano Jr. – President of Amiano & Son Construction. Lou has full knowledge and education in business, production, carpentry as well as a keen eye for design. Over the past years Lou has developed and incorporated many key processes in his company that has helped lead to its success. Through his demand for consistent quality and customer service Lou Amiano has created an Award Winning Remodeling Company that specializes in Design-Build.
Wendy Amiano- Vice President of Marketing and Administration. Wendy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Rowan University. Wendy worked outside of Amiano & Son for several years before joining her husband in his business. She utilized her Public Relations and marketing education for companies like Kodak, South Jersey Chamber of Commerce, and Waste Management. Wendy helped to brand and grow that brand into one of New Jersey’s leading remodeling firms. Her public relations background serves as a great knowledge base for carrying out the customer service processes she and Lou put together. “I fought Lou all the time about us working together before I joined him. Now I can’t imagine doing anything else. The construction industry is challenging and rewarding to work in. It keeps you feeling alive and motivated to strive for success in a very competitive industry.”
Joe Bernadino – JB runs the Production department of Amiano & Son Construction. JB gets involved from the design stage of our projects. His attention to detail assists our design team in creating designs that are both realistically buildable. JB has a strong background in new home construction, remodeling, and mechanical engineering. JB has created and implemented developments with as many as 72 homes in them. His experience does not end there. JB is also experienced in supervising crews of 50 or more people, along with subcontractors, and suppliers. He most recently extended his knowledge to restoration and historic renovation. JB oversees your supervising Project Managers to assure you have a job well done!
Dave Newcomb – Project Manager. Dave offers over 30 years of experience in the remodeling industry. Dave’s impressive background is one of being a Production Manager himself. Dave truly loves being in the field and working with clients so he is now enjoying his job as a Project Manager for our larger projects that range from 250k and up. Dave is a very detailed individual that has an eye for quality that meets our company standards. Dave will manage all aspects of the project that include production, scheduling, permit inspections, job site safety, ordering materials and most important quality control. Dave will have a weekly scheduled meeting with you for production updates and to answer any questions you definitely will have. You are in good hands with Dave!
Pete Afflerbach, Project Manager, has over 17 years in the residential building/remodeling industry. Pete is a professional and experienced project manager who offers client’s a wealth of knowledge in construction. Pete has worked in all facets of the remodeling field including estimating, design, management, carpentry, scheduling and streamlining processes. Pete will work with you to complete your project to complete satisfaction.
Joe Clymer– Design-Build Coordinator, Joe guides you through the entire design-build experience with the mutual goal of a functional new space. As a member of our sales and design team Joe works with you to create custom designs for additions, kitchen remodels, bath remodels, basements, garages, and more. Joe grew up working in the field on remodeling projects with his grandfather, Lou Amiano, Sr. From there he learned both interior and exterior design. Joe will guide you throughout the entire design process and advise you based on his field knowledge as well. Joe has certifications in Certainteed Siding, Design Layout, and Wincore Windows. You will enjoy working with Joe as he is friendly, personable, and a good listener. Those traits are important to homeowners because you want your salesperson to understand what you are looking for.
Gianna Sweet is Amiano & Son Construction’s premiere Design Consultant. She looks small and sweet but this woman knows her stuff when it comes to design. Gianna can design all size interior spaces. Gianna has a Design Degree from Philadelphia School of Arts. Gianna has years of experience designing everything from small areas to entire homes. Gianna even ran her own interior design and furniture store working with clients to design and decorate their space. Gianna is an open minded friendly designer who listens to what you have to say. She will work along with you to create the space you want within a budget that you need.
Joe Schlindwein – Carpenter- Joe is an experienced carpenter who has worked in the construction field for over 25 years. Joe’s carpentry skills are that of a prided craftsman. Joe has an eye for detail, takes his time with each client’s project and is committed to making happy clients. Joe has a his Certainteed Craftsmanship Certification as well as his Amiano Frame Out Certification.
Marie Stott is the Office Manager at Amiano & Son Construction. Marie has an accounting degree from Rowan University and years of experience in customer service. Marie is the right hand of our management team. Organized, friendly, professional, and detail oriented, Marie is a critical member of the Amiano team. Our clients speak with Marie throughout the entire design-build process. She is usually the first voice you will hear when you call our office, Marie also makes calls to our clients to check on job progress, and she is there when clients call in with questions. As a professional working mom of 3 boys you will find a patient and understanding ear on the other end when you call Amiano & Son Construction, design-build firm.
