From the exterior before shots you can see a typical bi-level house which has little living space on the second floor. The first floor also offers a small kitchen as bi-levels tend to divide the living space. Amiano created space on the second floor and space coming off the back of the house. First they built out over the dining room to make the master suite with sitting area, bathroom, one huge walk-in closet and a smaller sliding door closet. Then in the rear view you can see where Amiano extended off the kitchen to create a large family room with vaulted ceilings. The space allows easy access into the family room and new mud room. Amiano also installed new siding, shutters, roof, front door, and garage door for a complete new look. Front and back this is an impressive transformation.

Before the kitchen was out of date and very small. The laminate counter tops, vinyl floor, and little to no cabinet space is not uncommon in neighborhoods built prior to the 90’s. The entire kitchen was gutted, the back wall knocked out and the dining room wall was knocked out to include that space in the new kitchen. As part of our process there were several visits and designs rendered until every aspect of the kitchen came together. Their new kitchen is amazing. Furniture grade cabinets stained in coca, granite countertops with rounded edges, and beautiful hardwood floors. The appliances were placed conviently near the cabinets that would work the best with them. Notice how the ovens back to a large counter space to lay large hot items. There’s a large pull out spice rack next to the stove.

After Family Room

Looking out from the kitchen you see the bright and airy family room. The Auletta’s can cozy up to their custom stone fireplace on those cold winter nights. In the summer they can sit in cool comfort with dual ceiling fans and lots of sunlight shining through all the windows surrounding the room. This room is simply amazing with custom stained beams, vaulted ceilings, wood floors and the floor to ceiling fireplace. Off to the far left of the room is a hall which leads to the new powder room and an entry out into the backyard.

After Master Suite

This master suite offer’s the homeowners their own private level of the house. Boasting cathedral ceilings, a walk in closet and sitting area. The master bath affords lots of luxuries as well with his and hers sinks, tile shower, and whirlpool tub that situated below a remote skylight. This master suite has given the Auletta’s a whole new ownership on space as their previous master bedroom had no closet space or bath space. This is truly a room you would love to wake up to!
